2:00 PM – Group meet-up at Heraklion Airport (HER)

Transfer to retreat venue & check-in

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Opening Handstand Training (2 hrs)

 

 

Days 2–5 – Saturday–Tuesday, July 20–23

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Morning Training (3 hrs)

5:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Evening Training (3 hrs)

Time between sessions for meals, rest, and island exploration

 

 

Day 6 – Wednesday, July 24

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Final Morning Training (3 hrs)

Lunch & closing circle

4:00 PM – Group departure / transfer to Heraklion Airport
